Description
Good old fashioned sourdough bread made with simple ingredients. The initial fermentation is done at room temperature. The second fermentation is 18-24 hours of refrigeration after shaping to develop that great sourdough flavor.
Choose from Sandwich style or traditional San Francisco Boule. Half loaves and Soup Boules also an option.
You may also choose a Take ‘n Bake style. This is a homemade par-baked sourdough bread loaf you can finish baking when you like. Just preheat oven to 450 degrees, run the top of the loaf under water to moisten. Bake 10-20 minutes or until you achieve the level of brownness desired.
