Miss Monica, My husband and I absolutely love your sourdough bread! We used to buy Dave’s bread at the store but now we buy your sourdough instead. Your bread is so fresh and flavorful and the texture is perfect. We buy 3 loaves at a time and put 2 in the freezer so we never run out.
Now, my sister in law is also hooked on your bread.
We love supporting local businesses and getting groceries that are home made and not full of unknown chemicals.
This is the best sour dough bread that we have ever had. Soft on the inside and a wonderful crunch crust on the outside. We love to make toasted sandwiches with it and boy is it perfect to dunk in sauces and soups!
The entire family enjoyed our order of cinnamon rolls, especially the grandkids. It was a real treat for us all!
Fantastic gluten free bread! The taste is the best I’ve had and the consistency and texture is better than any other gluten free bread that’s out there. Truly amazing Miss Monica! As good as the bread is though, the gluten free chocolate chip cookies top everything for me. I love soft cookies and these literally melt in my mouth. My only regret is not getting more! Half mine were gone by the time our family got back home to Gilbert. The other half I had to hide. I honestly can’t say enough great things about your gluten free options!
Love your gluten free bread! Absolutely fantastic. I have a gluten allergy and have been looking everywhere for GF Sourdough bread. Slice it, toast it, and I then cover it with lots of room temperature butter. Amazing! Thank you! I am hooked!
Without question, the best sourdough marble rye ever! Absolutely delicious, great flavor! Definitely on my regular re-order list.
My wife and I just had some brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies and thoroughly enjoyed them!! I’m going to order some for the Christmas pot luck we’ll be having on shift at my station!! I’m sure they’ll be a hit!!

The best bread! I have never had such delicious gluten free bread in my life. My kids, who typically can’t stand “my bread” tried this gluten free sourdough loaf I purchased and they had three servings each! We’ve gone through more than half in one day! I’ll be purchasing more in a few days.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment and let me know your opinion of my Gluten Free Sourdough bread. As you know, Gluten Free baking is challenging. I’ve spent a good deal of time perfecting my recipe and am delighted your family is able to enjoy a good loaf of bread.
I’m speechless, but let me first express how Monica is one of the kindest, sweetest and most gentle human beings I’ve ever met. These traits are infused into the goods she bakes. Her communication is top tier. As far as what we’ve tried so far, the brown butter chocolate chip cookies are divine. We also picked up two plain sourdough loaves. We’ve had plenty of homemade sourdough breads but I must say, these are in a league of their own. We know exactly where to go now to get our fresh sourdough bread and other goodies. We cannot wait to try other offerings.
