I love homemade sourdough rye bread.  I’ve developed my homemade rye bread recipes to showcase a well developed rye flavor that you just can’t find in store bought rye breads.

Dark Rye Ingredients:
Flour, water, dry malt, caraway seeds, black treacle, cocoa powder, salt, rye seasoning, wheat gluten

Light Rye Ingredients:
Flour, water, dry malt, caraway seeds, black treacle, cocoa powder, salt, rye seasoning, wheat gluten

Marble Rye Ingredients:
Flour, water, dry malt, caraway seeds, black treacle, cocoa powder, salt, rye seasoning, wheat gluten
