Homemade bagels are the best. My sourdough bagels are chewy and tasty!
Ingredients: Flour, water, honey, salt, egg wash, everything but the bagel seasoning and or sesame seeds as ordered.
Sourdough bagels really have a special flavor of their own. My bagels are made with a stiff dough available either plain or topped with seeds. I also offer inclusions like cinnamon & raisin. Custom orders available too, call for more info.
